The One Thirty Business Park Property Owners Association (POA) is a non-profit administrative body responsible for the management and maintenance of the common areas within the One Thirty Business Park, a major industrial and mixed-use development located in Pflugerville, Texas. Formed in 2018 through a collaboration between the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation (PCDC) and local property owners, the POA ensures the park remains a high-quality environment for industrial, office, and retail businesses.
