Summary

Multiple easements are required to be dedicated by PfISD to the City relating to access and utilities associated with the implementation of the development agreement between the City of Pflugerville and Pflugerville Independent School District (PfISD), related to High School 4 located on Weiss Lane.  Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the necessary easements and subsequently record them with the county clerk.
