Summary
Pfluger Farm Lane is identified on the City's Transportation Master Plan (TMP) as a Major Collector roadway planned to extend from Pfennig Lane, north to Wilke Lane (SH 45 Frontage Road). The segment between Pflugerville Parkway and Town Center Drive has been constructed. As a Major Collector, it is within a 70' ROW except for a section where it widens to 74 feet to accommodate on-street parking, and has a 3-lane cross section that includes a two-way left turn lane for the entire corridor with pedestrian facilities on both sides. The facility also functions as a relief road parallel to FM 685, affording opportunities for improved local access and vehicular circulation and providing alternative ways to access neighborhoods and the Stone HIll Town Center to the east.
This professional services supplemental agreement is to allow the design consultant to register the project with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, for geotechnical investigations and pavement engineering, for general administrative duties associated with the project, and to advance the plans from a thirty percent schematic design to final roadway and drainage design, utility design and relocation coordination. The additional services also include technical review of the final design set and construction phase services.
