Summary
The Plugerville Police Department is requesting the purchase of its first drone to aid in accident reconstruction, crime scene scanning and mapping, lost persons searches, and suspect apprehension. The Pflugerville Police Department is requesting the purchase of a BRINC Drones Inc. Responder drone. BRINC manufactures drones in the United States for public safety agencies with a focus on de-escalation techniques in an attempt to help save lives.
