Summary
A public wastewater easement is needed for public utility extension and construction along a portion of Rowe Lane for the Rowe Loop Wastewater Capital Improvement Project. Staff has worked directly with the landowner on coordination of the project improvements.
Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County. The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
