Currently in design, staff and the design engineer (Halff Associates, Inc.) have identified and are currently working on acquiring any easements and/or Right of Way needed to complete the design of the roadway improvement.  The Temporary Drainage Easement and permanent Slope Easement associated with the Bancroft Austin 45 L.P. property addresses improvements necessary to the design of the Heatherwilde/New Meister intersection.
