Summary
The City of Pflugerville Parks and Recreation Department (PARD) and Williamson County YMCA (YMCA) have reached a tentative agreement regarding the YMCA's rental of PARD facilities for the YMCA Summer Day Camps for the summer of 2013. This agreement is identical to the agreement that was approved during the summer of 2012. The YMCA has accepted the offer of utilizing only the Windermere Club House (WCH) from June 10 - August 23, 2013 (55 days) for their Summer Day Camp. The agreed upon fee is based on a flat rate of $100/day for use of the WCH and pool entry fees based on an average of 50 kids/4 times a week/11 weeks at $2/visit. An upfront payment of $9,900 would be made to the City from the YMCA to secure the WCH location.
This agreement has been approved by the City Attorney.
