Summary
The City’s phone system is due for renewal. The city proposes renewing our Cisco Webex contract for three years. Council previously approved this contract through DIR Department of Information Resources) however Cisco has failed to renew their contract and are still in negotiations. The City recommends to move forward with a TIPS contract instead.
Annual cost is approximately $45,000 which was budgeted for in FY25.
