Approving a Developer Participation Contract for the QuikTrip development, located southeast of the intersection of SH 130 and East Pecan Street, between QT South, LLC (“Developer”) and the City of Pflugerville (“City”) and authorizing the City Manager to execute the agreement.
Summary
The QuikTrip development has constructed an oversized public wastewater line (10” wastewater line), rather than an 8” wastewater line which would have sufficiently served the QuikTrip development, in order to increase capacity of the system for the benefit of anticipated future development in the area. This Developer Participation Contract allows the City to reimburse the QuikTrip developer for the difference in cost that resulted due to the wastewater line up sizing.
