Summary
This Professional Services Agreement (PSA) is to perform administrative services for the PfCares- Phase II small business grant program. BCL will provide a website, marketing, application review and communications for the program.
Prior City Council Action
On February 22, 2022- Council voted to obligate $1M to a small business grant program and administration.
On September 14, 2021- Council voted to obligate $160K to the Voice over IP cloud system and $800K to the purchase of the new ERP cloud software.
