Summary
The City Council approved Resolution No. 1268-10-10-12-0012 on October 12, 2010 to provide procedures for requesting and approving reasonable expenses incurred by members of the City Council and City Boards, Commissions and Committees and making such information readily available to the public. This resolution provided on this agenda would provide amendment to the procedures provided by Resolution No. 1268-10-10-12-0012, to allow for the consideration of reimbursement requests at any City Council meeting, to amend the information to be included in the monthly reports, and to allow for monthly reports to be distributed to the City Council each month outside of a City Council meeting.
