The bylaws of the Pflugerville Economic Development Foundation (PEDF) includes one member of the City Council on the PEDF Executive Committee for a one-year term. Please find the bylaws attached.
The PEDF recently held its first meeting and elected the following officers: Chairman Bob Honts, Vice Chairman Brandon Wade, Secretary Christine Bryant and Treasurer Mike Perrine. Ms. Starlet Sattler was appointed as the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation (PCDC) representative at the PCDC meeting on Thursday, March 5, 2015.
