Summary
The contract between the City of Pflugerville and Progressive requires a representative to come to City Council meetings on a semi-annual basis to update the Council on the solid waste service provided to our citizens. Mr. Jimmy Esparza will present information regarding recycling statistics and announce the merger of Progressive Waste Solutions, Ltd. with Waste Connections, Inc.
