Summary

The public water easement is needed for the water meter for the Falcon Pointe Section 17, Lot 3 project located northwest of the intersection of Colorado Sand Blvd. and Falcon Village Lane.  Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County.  The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
