Summary
The final plat consists of land proposed as public right of way for an extension of Helios Way and a new street to be known as Biltmore Ave. Following plat approval, both streets, a hike and bike trail extension, and a water line within the right of way will be constructed as a part of a Capital Improvements Project associated with a development agreement with the land owner. Concurrent with the road construction, wastewater and stormwater improvements will be constructed by the developer.
