Summary

The sidewalk easement is needed for a public sidewalk associated with the Falcon Pointe Section 17, Lot 3 project, otherwise known as the Falcon Pointe Condominiums located northwest of the intersection of Colorado Sand Blvd. and Falcon Village Lane.  Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County.  The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
