Summary
The water and wastewater easement is needed for proposed public water and wastewater lines that are located outside of the platted limits but serving the Avalon Phase 17A and Kelly Lane Commercial developments, generally located north of Kelly Lane between Jakes Hill Road and Weiss Lane. Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County. The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
