Summary

The wastewater pipeline easement is necessary to provide wastewater service to Lots 2 and 3 of the Replat of H.E.B./ Pflugerville Subdivision No. 2. Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County.  The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
