Approving a Memorandum of Property Conveyances between the City of Pflugerville, Laser Manufacturing and the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation (PCDC) and approving the acceptance of a special warranty deed from Laser Manufacturing to the City of Pflugerville and approving the PCDC's conveyance of a special warranty deed to Laser Manufacturing and authorizing the City Manager to execute the documents.
Summary
Laser Manufacturing, the PCDC and the City discovered a number of past survey and other errors related to conveyance deeds for real property transactions involving property originally owned by the PCDC, but subsequently transferred to Laser Manufacturing and the City. The affected property is located in the Pflugerville Industrial Park subdivision generally located at the northeast corner of Weiss Lane and Aventura Avenue. Investigation determined that the title issues were created inadvertently. The parties collaborated and prepared the appropriate deed records for filing with in the Travis County Deed Records to clear all title discrepancies subject to approval of this item. Laser Manufacturing and the PCDC have both approved the transaction documents presented, and there is no money being exchanged, since this is clarifying errors in documentation to prior transactions.

Status
The PCDC approved the agreement and conveyance of the special warranty deed to Laser Manufacturing on September 15, 2016.
