Summary

The public utility easement is needed for the installation of public utilities necessary for the development of the Paradise Cove project on Lot 1 of the plat of the KP Brothers Subdivision located northwest of the intersection of Black Locust Drive and West Pfennig Lane.  Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County.  The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
