Summary

The water pipeline easement is needed for the extension of public water through the development of the Village on Legacy project to the Pflugerville Independent School District property to the north.  The Village on Legacy project is generally located northeast of the intersection of Swenson Farms Boulevard and West Pfennig Lane.  Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County.  The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
