Summary

The public drainage easement is needed for the installation of public stormsewer infrastructure necessary for the development of the Village on Legacy project generally located northeast of the intersection of Swenson Farms Boulevard and West Pfennig Lane.  Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County.  The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
