Summary
The Sorento/Carmel Lift Station and Force Main Project requires an easement and right of way agreement for construction of Oncor facilities to service the lift station site. Staff has worked directly with Oncor on coordination of the project and easement language.
Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and right of way agreement and provide to Oncor Electric Delivery for recordation with Travis County. The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the easement as to form.
