It's time to celebrate all things pfeline as Pflugerville Animal Welfare Services invites the community to the shelter to celebrate pfat (and not so pfat) cats. Pfat Cat Pfest will take place at the Pflugerville Animal Shelter from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 28, 2017.
