Summary
The proposed annexation consists of five tracts of land totaling approximately 170.63 acres located along East Pflugerville Parkway south of Lake Pflugerville, east of SH 130, west of Weiss Lane, and north of East Pecan Street within the City's extraterritorial jurisdiction. The subject tracts are unimproved land previously governed by the Wildflower/Cactus development agreement originally approved in 2005, but subsequently released from such agreement in 2008 with the approval of the Second Amendment to the Development Agreement Regarding Bohls North and PCDC Tracts. The City will be the retail water and wastewater service provider for the subject tracts.
This proposed annexation is exempt from annexation plan requirements in the Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 43. The tracts of land are contiguous to properties within the city limits and therefore are eligible for annexation per state law.
