Summary
Law enforcement agencies are required to compile and provide an analysis of the information gathered by the peace officers of their agency. After the information is analyzed, the law requires that a report of the findings be presented to the local municipality no later than March 1st of the following year. The 2014 Racial Profiling Report was originally submitted to the City Council on February 10, 2015. This Revised 2014 Racial Profiling Data Report has been compiled upon recommendation of the consultant in order to best meet industry standards. The Annual Traffic Contact Report or Racial Profiling Report covers the period from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014.
