Summary
The 0.035 acre and 0.352 acre water pipeline easements are needed for public water pipelines since they will be placed outside of the right-of-way and the public utility easement. The Living Spaces project is generally located northwest of the intersection of Heatherwilde Boulevard and New Meister Lane. Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County. The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
