Summary

The wastewater easement agreement includes a permanent wastewater easement as well as temporary workspace easement necessary for the installation of the Sorento Wastewater Interceptor. Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County.  The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
