Summary
This item has been included on the agenda to allow the City Council to discuss and consider approving a performance agreement with Project Edesia for relocation of its regional headquarters and workforce from Austin ETJ to the City of Pflugerville. The City Council is expected to retire to executive session for discussion regarding economic development negotiations pursuant to Chapter 551.087 of the Texas Government Code and legal counsel pursuant to Chapter 551.071 of the Texas Government Code. Action, if any, will be taken in open session.
Status
The PCDC board met on February 16, 2017 and unanimously approved the performance agreement for Project Edesia.
