Summary
This supplemental agreement provides for construction management and material testing services for reconstruction of a two-lane street section with four-foot shoulders from SH 130 to Marin Lane. This project is part of an interlocal agreement with Travis County. City of Pflugerville citizens voted funding for design and construction of this project as part of the November 2014 General Bond Election. In accordance with the interlocal agreement with Travis County for the Rowe Lane project, the City's share of this supplemental agreement will be $41,488.92 and Travis County's share will be $66,386.58.
This agreement has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney.
Status
City staff has negotiated and discussed the fee with RPS Klotz Associates, Inc. for this supplemental agreement.
Prior City Council Action
An agreement with RPS Klotz Associates, Inc. professional engineering services was approved by the City Council on June 23, 2015.
Fiscal Impact
Funding for this project is from the 2014 general obligation bonds and Travis County bond funds.
