Presentation of Pflugerville 2017 Resident Survey Results.
Summary
The city of Pflugerville hired ETC Institute to conduct a statistically valid survey for feedback from Pflugerville residents. The survey is a complement to the 2012 and 2015 benchmark citizen surveys and helps to measure attitudes and opinions of residents about the city and its direction. More than 500 residents completed the survey this year and the results are compiled into a comprehensive report which will be online after the council meeting at www.pflugervilletx.gov.
After the random sample survey was complete, the city invited anyone who wanted to participate to take the survey online from the city's website for additional feedback. The survey was shared on social media and on the city's website to encourage residents to take the survey and gave residents from April 7-17 to provide feedback online.
