Summary
The City Council heard a presentation from Ms. Emily Barron, Planning Director, at the April 22, 2017 worksession and discussed downtown development plans, goals, objectives, and strategies. At the April 25, 2017 regular meeting, Councilmember Marsh requested an item to discuss draft zoning and expansion of the downtown district. This item has been included on the May 23, 2017 worksession for discussion and on the May 23, 2017 regular meeting to allow for discussion and potential action.
