Title

Summary

The wastewater pipeline easement is needed for an off-site public wastewater pipeline that will be placed outside of the right-of-way and the public utility easement.  The Vine Creek project is located northwest of the intersection of Cele Road and Melber Lane.  Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County.  The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
