Summary
During the fiscal year it becomes necessary to amend the approved budget to allow for expenditures and revenues that were not originally approved. Unless a particular situation requires more immediate action, budget amendments are approved on a quarterly basis. Attached is a summary of the proposed second quarter budget amendments including the purpose of each proposed amendment, the amount, the funding source, and the budget accounts affected.
This ordinance has been approved as to form by the City Attorney's Office.
Prior City Council Action
The fiscal year 2017 budget was approved on September 27, 2016. The first amendment to the 2017 budget was approved on March 28, 2017.
This ordinance was approved on first reading on May 9, 2017.
