The City Council heard a presentation from Ms. Emily Barron, Planning Director, at the April 22, 2017 worksession and discussed downtown development plans, goals, objectives, and strategies. At the April 25, 2017 regular meeting, Councilmember Marsh requested an item to discuss draft zoning and expansion of the downtown district.
