Summary
The Living Spaces subdivision will incorporate a private lift station and force main to provide wastewater service for the property. This agreement spells out the owner’s responsibility to maintain the facilities in perpetuity. Installation and maintenance will be the sole responsibility of the property owners; however, in the event the project is not being properly maintained, is not providing adequate wastewater service for the property, or the project creates a public health, safety or welfare hazard, this agreement gives the City the right to enter the property and perform any inspection, monitoring, operation, maintenance, replacement, upgrade or repair necessary for the duration of such activities and allows for the City to recover the costs associated with such actions.
