Summary
Each June, the City Council appoints a high school student to serve as the student member of the Parks and Recreation Commission. The student member of the Parks and Recreation Commission is a regular voting member and serves a one-year term. Ms. Jayden Alexis Black submitted an application and interviewed for the position last year and was not appointed. She has indicated that she is still interested in appointment to the position. No additional applications have been received. Ms. Black's application will be provided separately to the City Council.
