Discuss and consider action to approve a Pflugerville Community Development Corporation (PCDC) contract and associated budget amendment of $113,755 with DCS Engineering, LLC regarding re-plat, road and utility construction plans, and other specifications for the extension of Impact Way Road in the 130 Commerce Center Business Park.
Summary
The PCDC purchased 167 acres in 2007 to develop the 130 Commerce Business Park at Pecan Street and SH130. Of the 128 acres that were developable, 108 have been sold. A 20-acre tract remains in the southwest corner of the industrial park that requires the extension of Impact Way to bring access and utilities prior to the lot being sold. The contract with DCS Engineering will provide the necessary re-platting, construction engineering plans, and specifications for the extension of Impact Way Road and utilities to the site.

This item was unanimously approved by the PCDC Board on June 15, 2017 at a regular PCDC meeting.
