Summary
The library is holding a series of programs to accompany the upcoming solar eclipse.
If your interests are in the planets and the sky, visit the traveling planetarium show "Reach for the Stars" coming to the library on Friday, August 11 from 11 am to 3 pm. Shows will run approximately every thirty minutes.
On August 21, 2017, the day of the eclipse, the library will provide a short informational session on safe viewing and provide free eclipse viewing glasses. The eclipse begins at 11:41 am with the maximum coverage visible in this area at 1:10 pm.
