This item has been included on the agenda to allow for discussion and action on the PCDC 4th quarter budget amendments in order to facilitate adjustments in income and expenses for the PCDC fiscal year 2017 budget. Please find the budget amendments and a narrative attached.
Status
The PCDC Board approved the changes during their regular meeting on June 15, 2017.
Prior City Council Action
PCDC brings budget amendments to the City Council on a quarterly basis for consideration.
Deadline for City Council Action
Action is requested on August 8, 2017.
Fiscal Impact
After all adjustments are made, Other Expenses decrease in the amount of $259,166 and Other Incomes increase in the amount of $412,548 for a Net Income increase of $671,714. Projected FY17 Net Income after amendments is $3,034,320.
