Pflugerville has received a national award from the City County Communications and Marketing Association (3CMA) and three awards from the Texas Association of Municipal Information Officers (TAMIO).
The Texas Association of Municipal Information (TAMI) awards is the leading recognition program in Texas honoring excellence for municipal communication strategies. The award is presented by TAMIO which includes members from municipal, county and other related agencies and organizations. The SAVVY award is a national award for Pflugerville Pfocus. The city of Pflugerville received state awards including Award of Excellence for regular recurring program, Pflugerville Pfocus, and one-time special program for We are Public Works video and Award of Honor for public service announcement marketing with the Pflugerville Animal Welfare Services Home for the Holidays.
