On August 7, 2017 the Planning and Zoning Commission discussed direction received from City Council regarding the corridor zoning districts.
On September 18 the Planning and Zoning Commission discussed direction received from City Council regarding the corridor zoning districts.
On October 2 the Planning and Zoning Commission discussed the direction received from City Council.
City Council Action
On July 25, 2017 City Council directed the Planning and Zoning Commission to evaluate the land uses and building regulations along the 130 and 45 corridors within three months and provide a report back to Council.
