Summary

This item has been included on the regular meeting agenda to allow for discussion and potential action.  The City Council is expected to retire to executive session on the item for consultation with legal counsel pursuant to Chapter 551.071 of the Texas Government Code and deliberation regarding real property pursuant to Chapter 551.072 of the Texas Government Code.  Action, if any, will be taken in open session.

 

The attached standard real estate contract has been reviewed by the City Attorney's Office and other considerations may be presented at the meeting, if needed.
