Summary
The proposed water line easement will be granted to Manville WSC by the City for the relocation of a Manville water line onto City owned and maintained property. The relocation is necessary for Manville to be able to provide water to the Idea School. The Idea School project is generally located southwest of the intersection of Wells Branch Parkway and Immanuel Road. The City property that the proposed easement is located within is TCAD Property ID 462425 located directly south of the Idea School property. Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to grant and execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County. The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
