Summary
The City of Pflugerville is over 50,000 in population and therefore qualifies for three positions on the CAPCOG General Assembly. Currently, Mayor Victor Gonzales, Mayor Pro Tem Omar Peña and Councilmember Mike Heath are appointed to serve on the General Assembly as the City of Pflugerville's representatives. This item has been included on the agenda to allow the City Council to consider its current appointments and change its representation, if desired.
Previous City Council Action
The City Council took action on November 22, 2016, to recommend Mayor Gonzales for the Executive Committee with Mayor Gonzales, Mayor Pro Tem Peña and Councilmember Heath to serve as the General Assembly representatives.
