Title
Conduct the second public hearing and consider approving the resolution providing approval of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program proposed 2014 Amended Action Plan.

Summary
The CDBG program provides annual grants on a formula basis to entitled communities to develop viable urban communities by providing decent housing and a suitable living environment, and by expanding economic opportunities, principally for low- and moderate-income persons.
