Summary
On December 6, 2016, the City Council approved a resolution appointing Mayor Victor Gonzales to serve as Pflugerville's representative to the Central Texas Clean Air Coalition of the Capital Area Council of Governments (CAPCOG) with Councilmember Mike Heath as the designated alternate with any councilmember or staff able to serve as an alternate. Please find the resolution attached.
The attached draft resolution has been provided to allow the City Council to make a change to the City of Pflugerville's representation, if desired. A copy of the coalition's by-laws are also attached.
