The City of Pflugerville advertised for bids for the Bohls House Renovation Project on October 11, 2017 and opened one (1) bid received on November 2, 2017. The bid was from S&G Contracting, Inc., for $635,100 including one alternate item. This bid amount exceeded available funds allocated for the project. The City Council previously authorized a total of $600,000 for design and construction of the facility, of which approximately $500,000 is available for construction.
