Approving a resolution providing policy direction governing the expansion of Lakeside MUD 5 and / or the creation of an additional district or districts generally located between Cele Road, Hodde Lane, Melber Lane and Rowe Lane.
Summary
Tiemann Land & Cattle is proposing to modify and expand the existing Lakeside MUD 5, and create a new district to be known as Lakeside MUD 7. The resolution authorizes the City Manager to prepare and negotiate with the property owners the documents required for creation of a municipal utility district for the area generally located east of Hodde Lane made up of approximately 200 acres within the proposed Lakeside MUD 5 expansion and approximately 782 acres within the proposed Lakeside MUD 7.
