This item has been included on the worksession and regular meeting agendas to allow for discussion.

Travis County MUD 24 is the eastern portion of the Carmel development, and has not begun any construction at this time. Travis County MUD 23 is the western portion of the Carmel development and is within the full purpose city limits of Pflugerville.

Details of the analysis will be presented in to the City Council in conjuction with this agenda item for review.
